Saturday, February 27, 2010 The Annual parade and community festival promotes the learning of history and celebrates the collective heritage and cultures of the San Diego County 4th District community. For more details visit the event website at www.heritagedayparade.org

This contest is held for both male and female between 5-26 years of age. Contestants must be of good morale character and dedicated to community service. Winners are selected based on interview, essay, community involvements as well as presentation. Winners are honored and presented to the San Diego 4th District community in which they will be representing at the annual Heritage Day Parade & Festival. Entry deadline is Tuesday, January 12, 2010.
